  • When do I get charged?

    On the first stage a candidate enters. Pipelines you build and dry-run on a sampled cohort do not bill until you flip them live.

  • Can I cap monthly spend?

    Yes. Set a hard ceiling per tenant or per pipeline. We page you before the cap rather than silently throttling.

  • Do you charge for failed interviews?

    If the agent never connects, no. If the candidate drops mid-interview, partial cost up to that point. Recorded in the audit log either way.

  • What about bring-your-own LLM and voice keys?

    Available on Scale. You see the raw provider invoice; we surface an attribution-only line item.
